A longtime prop artisan and scenic artist, Carrie Capizzano has worked for many years in theater, film, and opera around the Northeast.  Favorite venues include the Goodspeed Opera House, Long Wharf Theatre, Shakespeare & Company, the McCarter Theatre, Tanglewood, Ogunquit Playhouse, and the New York Renaissance Festival. She holds a BFA from Ithaca College in Theatrical Production Arts.

When she’s not thumbing her nose at basic physics or turning corn starch into bronze, Cappy  takes a lot of photos, watches birds, works on a webcomic, rides roller coasters, and talks to strangers.

She lives in Providence with a many-toed cat, Smeagol, and a much-loved beardy guy, Nick.
